Nothing has changed in the past five years, since the last poor review. You will get an e-mail, stating your U-box has been delivered to the warehouse and that someone will contact you. There is also a phone number (no address) at the bottom. I tried for two weeks to get through on the phone. The mailbox is full; you can't leave a message. I called corporate U-Haul, who directed me to their regional office. I called them and told them my story. She said "our system just crashed. I will call you back shortly." I never heard from them again. I tried calling them, left a voicemail. No response. I will NEVER use U-Haul again. I will buy my own moving truck before I give them another dime of my money. I can't hit submit on this review without clicking a star, so i have to give one. I'd prefer it be no stars, but that's the best I can do. Stay away from this operation.
My review is solely based on delivery of Uboxes. I did not use the storage facility here. I definitely enjoyed my experience. Andrea was on time and was friendly. She is very experienced and it certainly shows because she is very quick in unloading the Uboxes and placing them wherever you want. My boxes still need to be shipped cross country but so far, so good!
Very difficult to get ahold of any Ubox representitives in Horsham. I attempted to schedule delivery over two weeks, my calls were not returned. When my calls were finally were returned, delivery was scheduled for Friday. I took off work to get ready; had movers lined up and... Nothing. No call, no Ubox, nothing. Box finally arrived Saturday. Box was picked up the following Monday and I was hit with an additional month's rent. Very poor customer service.
