They don't even deserve the one star I gave them. Got to my pickup 10mins late due to a road closure (10:10am on a Saturday - my pickup was schedule for 10am) only to find that the place was closed. The mechanic there first told me they are open on Saturdays, then told me that the person who handles reservations left at 10am. (She had my number to call me. I was only 10 minutes late!) He tried to get her on the phone. Couldn't, looked at my reservation and said. "Oh, we don't even have a truck like that to rent you". I had to quick scramble to find another place. Managed to get a truck half the price at Home Depot. These folks can't be counted on, are over priced.... Go elsewhere!!
