I just want my license plates. The dealership didn't transfer my plates so now I have new plates issued that I don't want. ( I only know this because I had to contact the NC license plate agency since I wasn't getting answers from the dealership) Plus I have a $50 penalty against me due to the plates still being attached to my previous vehicle. It's been 2 months and no plates are on my new vehicle still. Just an expired temporary one.

CHAPMAN DOES BAIT & SWITCH. Found a great price online only to find out that we had to meet very specific criteria for a bunch of different rebates to be eligible for that price. We worked with Mike, online guy, and figured out which rebates we were eligible for and we knew what the purchase price would be. We then worked on our trade-in and eventually agreed on a fair price for that. But not telling us that the trade-in price we agreed to included one of the rebates which was already included in the purchase price we had agreed to. Unfortunately, Mike had to turn us over to a salesman, Bernie, who just took us back to square one and he came up with a price that was thousands more! Being very rude, he went over all the rebates AGAIN with my husband and AGAIN with me, who he didn't even want to talk to me but this vehicle is for MY business! Came out that Bernie didn't want to have to process a commercial loan, which unfortunately was required for most of the rebates. We have bought 4 Dodge Rams since 2001 (3 new & 1 used) at other dealerships in PA & NJ and we were very happy with our purchases and were never treated this way before! We also knew the starting price before rebates and applying any rebates brought the price DOWN, rather than starting with the lowest price with ALL the rebates and making the price go UP when they take a rebate away from you!! We will stick to dealerships who are up front with their pricing!!
