Chapman Ford was excellent in all phases of my trip to their service department. I was in and out in less than an hour just as they had promised. The work was done thoroughly with no pressure for added services. The waiting area was very comfortable with coffee, breakfast and snack items, comfortable chairs and a big screen tv to watch. I would recommend them for sure! Thank you Chapman.
We were helped immediately upon walking in the door. However, after seeing the manager and being directed to the lobby, we did wait a while before a salesman was able to assist us. We had Steve and Matt who was shadowing as a new employee. They were very helpful and very nice. Matt and Steve were a pleasure to work with. The process was long but streamlined. I was in the dealership from about 10am to 230pm. So be prepared to make it a full day event when visiting.
Another quality experience at Chapman. Mike Kilgus knows how to treat their customers and appreciates my business. I love the waiting room which fills the showroom with the smell of warm fresh baked goodies! The entire staff really hustle' s to get you out quickly.
Although we didn't go through with the purchase I want to personally thank James R. for assisting me and being very kind, honest and knowledgeable.
