From a misplaced good student discount to denial of a discount for a child living over 100 miles from home to continuing renter’s insurance although the office was notified of a new address/purchase of home.
This office did not look out for my interests. When I attempted to move to another State Farm office, a phone call to Janiszewski wouldn’t suffice, a fax cancelling my account wouldn’t suffice and a phone call to the corporate office would not deter Janiszewski’s office from letting me leave and transferring my account. A second call to corporate with obvious frustration on my end finally did the trick.
I have been with them for many years and always a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them.
